1. The person submitting a film must be a filmmaker entering his / her own creation.
2. Adult material is not acceptable.
3. Submit drama, comedy, horror or documentary, feature or short, incl. rating and run time.
4. A submission fee of $25.00 is required.
5. Filmmakers can premiere their movie at the film festival.
6. Filmmakers must be no less than eighteen years old.
7. Submit filmmaker's contact information.
8. Films must be in a digital format, e.g DVD.
9. Movies completed within twelve months leading up to the festival is preferred.
10. Submit the names of the writer, producer, and director.
11. By submitting a film to this festival the filmmaker gives Miami Inner City Film Festival Inc. the irrevocable right to exhibit said film in all media.
12. Submitted films will not be returned unless a self address stamped envelope is included with the submission package.
13. Miami Inner City Film Festival Inc. does not guarantee the screening of any submitted film.
14. There shall be no refunds, even if a film is rejected.
15. Films submitted must not have a running time longer than 120 minutes.
