Ruth T. Paul has worked with the Screen Actors Guild since 1997. For the past six years she has held the position of Business Representative with the South Region office in Miami, Florida where she serves as a liaison between producers and performers for the greater Southeastern United States. Ruth specializes in theatrical films with an emphasis on independent productions and Low Budget Seminars at film festivals.
